Return Period
You have a total of 28 days from the date your order is delivered to return an item:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item.
- You then have a further 14 days to return it from the day you notify us.
- Items returned outside this window will not be accepted, and may be sent back to you at your own cost.
What Can Be Returned
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be returned in suitable packaging to avoid damage in transit.
We do not accept returns for:
- Items returned after the return window has closed.
If you send an item outside the return window, we may return it to your original delivery address, and you may be asked to cover the shipping costs.
- Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving and approving your returned item.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Return Shipping & Instructions
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
To return an item:
- Use our returns portal to access and print your packing slip.
- Choose any carrier of your preference to ship the return.
- Ensure the parcel is tracked and insured; we are not responsible for lost returns.
- Send one order per parcel. International orders and labels must not be combined into a single shipment.
Important:
- Returns sent after the return window or without proper documentation may be returned to your original address, and delivery charges will apply.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- You are entitled to a full refund, including original delivery charges.
- We will also cover the cost of return shipping.
Beyond 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement under your statutory rights.
- Fair Use & Return Abuse
To protect our service for all customers, we monitor return activity:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or close accounts where return behaviour breaches our fair use policy (e.g. excessive returns).
- Customers will always be notified before any action is taken and allowed to respond.
- Your Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under UK consumer law:
- You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- You’re entitled to a full refund (including delivery) if your item is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Innove Couture ships worldwide. Outside the US, all shipments are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Orders may be subject to import customs taxes, fees, and duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for all customs clearance charges and local import charges (import duty, tax, etc) if any. Please verify with the local customs office before making purchases, as customs policies vary widely. In the event that a package is undeliverable and the purchase is returned, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
REFUND POLICY
Returns & Exchanges are accepted on unworn items within 14 days of order receipt and require an RA number. Items must be received within 10 days of RA issue. Items discounted 50% or more are Final Sale.

During regular business hours, email requests are immediately processed. If, for any reason, you don’t receive a timely response, please give us a call.
Once an RA number is received, please specify if you want an exchange or refund. Securely pack items and send them using an insured carrier:

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition they were received: worn, altered, or washed, with all tags attached. Customers will receive a full refund minus shipping. Merchandise returned without original packaging will not be refunded.
Replacements at no cost to you will be sent promptly in the event of damaged or defective merchandise. Free return shipping is provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned COD will not be accepted.
Once a return has been received (within a specified time), a credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.
